The Secondine zone was first mentioned in 1879 and lies in the Pajé amphitheatre on the lower side of the valley. A powerful Barbaresco that goes wonderfully with a fine plate of agnolotti.

Vinification
The Nebbiolo grapes are fermented for 10 days on the mash. After that, the wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels and several months more in the bottle.
