Details
This powerful Riserva has a seductive bouquet with notes of sweet cherries, blackcurrants, a little undergrowth and dried flowers. An exceptionally aromatic single-vineyard Barbaresco with pithy tannins and an almost endless finish.
Recommendations
Excellent with lamb, game and mature cheese.
Vinification
The grapes from the Asili single vineyard are picked by hand, gently pressed and the juice fermented in stainless steel tanks. The young wine matures for 36 months in large wooden barrels then a further eight months in the bottle.
