Intense ruby red with dark violet reflections. Dense and fruity on the nose. Ripe plums, violets, chocolate and a little liquorice are revealed. On the palate, Bansella proves to be a powerful and well structured wine. A Barbera made in a modern and appealing style. Good, honed length.

Details
Refined for nine months in used oak barrels, this Barbera delights with its dense, wonderfully fruity nose, in which notes of ripe plums, violet and chocolate appear. The palate is powerful and well structured with finely honed tannins.
Recommendations
A modern Barbera, which goes beautifully with sausages, pasta and meat dishes.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed as soon as they arrive at the winery. Maceration lasts for seven days at a controlled 28° Celsius. Once fermentation is complete, the Bansella red wine matures for nine months in used 270-litre oak barrels.
