The grapes come from two different vineyards – Santa Maria and Camparone – and result in a wonderfully velvety cuvée.

It pairs beautifully with beef or a barbecue.
Vinification
Assemblage of 50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet franc. The wine is vinified in steel tanks then aged in oak barrels for 12-16 months.
