Beautifully mellow at first on the palate, followed by intense berry and roasted flavours. Aromatic and long-lasting on the palate. Worth decanting!

Details
This assemblage is matured for 18 months in barriques made from French oak. Exuberant, pleasing nose, ripe and intense fruit, noble woods. Wonderfully elegant and extremely mellow on the palate. Worth decanting!

The crowning glory to accompany a great grilled steak.
Vinification
The grapes are immediately processed upon arrival at the winery. The fully ripe grapes are macerated at cool temperatures for five days. This is followed by a traditional fermentation in French oak for around 20 days. After fermentation, the two young wines – Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère – are blended and aged for 18 months in barriques made from French oak.
