This Aglianico is matured for twelve months in new barriques. Intense aromas of cassis and blackberries, cloves, tobacco and black pepper. Dense and round on the palate with a juicy finish.

Ideal with spicy pasta, lamb and tuna!
Vinification
The Aglianico grapes are grown on the Guyot and Pergola systems. After hand-picking and fermentation in stainless steel, the maturation and refinement process takes place over ten months in used barriques.
